We provide a wide array of administrative and consulting services to meet the needs of our chiropractic members. We know each practice is different so rather than take a "one-size fits all" approach like some companies we tailor the plan of work to meet the individual needs of each member.

As motivational speaker John Maxwell once said, "A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went." Budgeting is one of the single most effective tools for money management. It helps you become more aware of your expenses and what it actually takes you to run your practice.
We’ll work with you to develop a yearly budget and then help you monitor your income and expenses each month. We’ll also review your Profit & Loss Statement each month so you have a better understanding of the financial status of your practice.
We will review your key practice statistics such as patient visits, new patients, production (services), and collections, and then help you develop goals for these statistics.
Once the goals are developed we will monitor your statistics on a monthly basis and compare them to your goals and previous year’s statistics. This will allow you to monitor, analyze and track your clinic’s performance and help you make key strategic decisions regarding resources and staffing.
Section 6401 of the Affordable Care Act provides that a “provider of medical or other items or services or supplier within a particular industry sector or category shall establish a compliance program as a condition of enrollment in Medicare, Medicaid, or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)."
The Department of Health and Human Services and its Office of the Inspector General (OIG) encourages health care organizations to establish and implement compliance programs as a way to demonstrate their efforts to comply with state and federal laws.
Although a compliance program is not a guarantee that fraud, waste, abuse or inefficiency will not occur; the OIG and CMS believe that the implementation of a good compliance program will aid in better protecting yourself from risk of improper conduct.
The Affordable Care Act has 7 Core Elements for an Effective Compliance Program.
Written policies and procedures
Designated compliance officer and compliance committee
Effective training and education
Effective lines of communication
Internal monitoring and auditing
Enforcement of standards through well-publicized disciplinary guidelines
At Cohesion Chiropractic we help you develop and regularly maintain your OIG Compliance Program.
We will provide you and your staff with training and education that you want and need in all areas of your practice. From administrative topics such as front desk operations, patient scheduling, and collections, to clinical education such as the evaluation, treatment and management of patients.
We will help you develop appropriate policies and procedures for all areas of your practice. From the administrative department including the front desk, and insurance/billing department, to the patient care department.
We will work with you to help your practice continue to grow and be successful. From adding additional services being provided in your clinic to looking at adding additional practice sites.
Studies show health care providers are increasing the amount of “ancillary services” being provided in their practices. We’ll help you determine if there are products and services such as active care / rehab, nutritional counseling, nutritional supplements, orthotics, etc. that you could add to your practice to help it grow.
